Warning and Liability Notice

JumpEase barrel adapters (“Product”) are intended for recreational use only. The Product has not been tested, evaluated, approved, or certified by any regulatory agency or governing body for safety or performance standards.

Equestrian activities, including but not limited to riding, jumping, training, and handling horses, involve inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. Horses are unpredictable animals, and no equipment can eliminate these risks. Use of the Product may increase such risks.

By purchasing, using, or allowing others to use the Product, the user voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with its use.

The user is solely responsible for:
- Selecting appropriate barrels and compatible equipment
- Ensuring proper setup, placement, and stability
- Inspecting the Product prior to each use for damage, wear, defects, or instability
- Maintaining the Product in safe working condition
- Using appropriate safety equipment and exercising sound judgment

The Product must not be used if any defect, damage, or instability is observed. Misuse, modification, improper setup, or use on unsuitable surfaces may result in serious injury or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PONIES PETALS N THINGS, LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Company”) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the Product.

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits.

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the Product.

By purchasing or using the Product, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer and assumption of risk.
