Warranty & Returns

JumpEase adapters and cups only (not tracks) have a 1 year warranty against failure with appropriate use. Replacement pieces will require clear photo documentation of broken product and proof of date of purchase. 

Adapters fit MOST metal and plastic barrels, but there are many barrel designs and some are not compatible. Should your barrels not be compatible with JumpEase Barrel Adapters, they are returnable in unused condition in original packaging within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Individual replacement parts may be purchased from the site. Products are 3D printed and will have blemishes and imperfections that are normal for this type of manufacturing process.
